Required documents to enroll for first year students

1. Letter  of  recommendation  from  the   township  doctor  or  the  local  health  department .

2.  Recommendations of the Township Management Committee and Police     Station for their good behaviour. ( original )

3.  National registration cards of student and parent . ( copy and original )

4.  Five passport photos taken in National costume .  ( The number of National registration card must be included at the bottom of   the passport photo )

5.  Recommendation  letter  for  the  success  in  matriculation  examination .( for Date of Birth ) ( copy and original )

6.  Household schedule ( copy and original )

Note : The student must be accompanied by the parent and guardian.
